i bought an hp netbook and it has not worked once. All of my other computers are windows operating systems. This is my first exposure to linux operating system.
The error message I am getting is you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem. E:_cache->open() failed, please report. I have no idea how to correct this and I am having trouble accessing the web with the browser. Please help.
