I have marked this bug as a duplicate of bug 525517, even though the
ringbuffer dump doesn't look exactly the same. The other bug reports
have a nothing at all in the ringbuffer. In this case the CPU has
started writing a few instructions to the ringbuffer, but the GPU hasn't
started processing them yet (since ACTHD: 0x00000000).
