It seems that it occurs when otrs2 installed postgresql as a dependency. otrs
is configured before postgresql is installed.
I've not been able to reproduce. But if you're able to reproduce the failure
could you please provide the detailed steps ?
You need to completely purge postgresql and might remove the posgres user
manually because it is a first time installation failure.
