This was a a bug apport told me to report. I never received the message after that. I actually am not even running Ubuntu personally anymore due to my job requiring primary familiarity with Windows.
I would assume that this bug has been worked out of more recent releases of the kernel, so you can probably mark this as dead, unless the report contains enough information to track down the bug.
