I'm not sure if I understand you. The first time it ask me about the pass I entered one, but it keeps asking me about it. Then I delete the login.keyring file (I remember there was a default.keyring file too). In fact I deleted all the directory. So it asked me for configuring a new password for the keyring. So I configured a new one, but the window keeps appearing. I dig a little more and I've found the /var/log/auth.log file. I hope this was what you mean...
