Hi CMGeorge, Thanks very much for your bug report. It would probably be helpful if you could provide some information about the hardware in both of those computers, especially the type of video card. If you are having trouble finding this information then please use the lspci command.
It would probably also be helpful if you could attach Xorg log files as well.
