It is not sensible to use the upstream projects for filing bugs in
Ubuntu. Their purpose is to handle forwarded bugs, or bugs from people
working directly with the upstream code.
Bugs that result in falling through to an initramfs prompt are usually
kernel bugs in hardware detection, so the bug task there should be just
fine as it is.
