Binary package hint: nautilus
The notification messages in Lucid (2010-03-15) behave quite strange.
First of all they pop up just somewhere in the upper right screen area,
hovering lets them fade and they do not disappear on click (only after
timeout)
I have attached a small screen capture of the behavior.
