The warning comes from the libparted library.  With GParted versions
0.5.0 and earlier you would not have seen this warning message.  Now you
know the cause of the problem and why GParted and Parted are unable to
work with the partition table.

It appears that there is at least one disk partition that extends beyond
the size of the disk.  To fix this you will need to use other tools,
such as fdisk to determine and repair the problem.
