just to add, i've installed ndiswrapper-utils-1.9 and it is working! kernel is 2.6.20-9-generic, now i have wlan0 interface which works
only "bug" is when i want to use ad-hoc mode, my connection last for about few minutes or sometimes even less that that... tested it few times, it repeats. dmesg is pretty ok though...
