I can't remember comming across an issue like this, though I must admit that I use gstreamer from git most of the time. I don't think it's related to DVB-T, because gst-rtsp-server doesn't care what the source is. I successfully tested a Terratec T2 and Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-T USB stick.
