I have click System>Administration>Users and Group. But the users and
groups not open, because (The configuration could not be loaded. You are
not allowed to access the system configuration.) my mistake. I have
open my terminal write this sudo apt-get update <enter> press , ishant
is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported.
