I fixed it in Launchpad, but it is necessary to complete that translation, export it and send it upstream (or export, complete and send). That translation is pretty big, and complex too. Upstream used to be the Translation Project, but now it is not there anymore. I think it's necessary to open a bug where the gnupg development is taking place (that is, here: http://www.gnupg.org/).
