Package texlive-latex-extra used to contain these files:
/usr/share/texmf-texlive/bibtex/bst/oxford/oxford_en.bst
/usr/share/texmf-texlive/bibtex/bst/oxford/oxford_in.bst
/usr/share/texmf-texlive/bibtex/bst/oxford/oxford_se.bst
But these have disappeared in Lucid.
