Binary package hint: sound-juicer
Sound Juicer should build playlists in m3u format for example:
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:801,01 - Moanin.flac
01 - Moanin.flac
#EXTINF:711,02 - Nicas Dream.flac
02 - Nicas Dream.flac
#EXTINF:502,03 - Little
It should allow by configuration for the filename of the m3u file and
also for relative or not paths to the mp3/flac/ogg
