Kubuntu 9.10
Occasionally when I turn the computer on I will get no sound from KDE
applications like Kaffeine and Amarok, but MPlayer and VLC work fine. I also
get a notification pop up saying:
The audio playback device NVidia (ALC883) does not work.
Falling back to.
If I reboot I will usually, but not always get the sound working again.
I have attached the output of running alsa-info.sh
