Your are the lucky winner! You have found my prerm bug that is nasty. I
am working on fixing this now. But in the mean time if you want to
remove kubuntu-docs package you need to edit /var/lib/dpkg/info/kubuntu-
docs.prerm and make the if section look like the following:
if which install-docs >/dev/null 2>&1; then
rm -rf /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu
fi
So remove the install -r stuff from there and then try to remove the package. I
am sorry you had to experience this.
