This should not be closed I have had this problem for over 1 month now. It states this is a importatnt security update for open office but i cannote update the pdfimport, presentation minimizer, presenter console, or the report builder. PLease look into this i need openoffice for work. The error messages I'm getting is that openoffice is already running but it isn't I cannot end the process from system monitor for it is not showing. then it proceeds to give me 4 individual errors. Something needs to be done to fix this is a bug thank you.
