is thunderbird-gnome-support package installed?

i think we should do something similar to what we do in firefox where we
ship the gnome components in the main package, but manually strip the
gnome-depends and move them to the empty thunderbird-gnome-support
package. in that way kubuntu users wont get polluted by just installing
thunderbird, while gnome users that dont install -gnome-support still
get gnome integration.

setting to low as i think the -gnome-support package is just not
installed
