Public bug reported: Binary package hint: apport
Running Kubuntu Lucid Beta 1, if you run apport-bug or ubuntu-bug with no options and click "Other Problem" twice, you receive the following error message: This is expected as there is no "tty" allocated when running commands directly via ssh. Adding the "-t" flag will allocate a tty and prevent sudo from echoing the password. For more information, please see: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityTeam/FAQ#SSH This makes very little sense in the context and is further complicated by the fact that running it with -t gives an error message about -t not being a recognized option. Running apport-bug/ubuntu-bug with a package (as was done for this report) works fine.
