The same has just happened to me on a desktop at work, when I resumed it from 
hibernation. 
This desktop has no wifi but instead two Ethernet interfaces connected to two 
different networks.

It is possible that it also was caused by hibernation on my tablet as
well, in some roundabout way, since the last time it happened, it was
during a supposedly clean boot after a failed attempt to resume.
