save location is one level up from what it should be

edit > Pref > save Location
it was set to /home/user
when I opened a new torrent it list /home/ as the save location
I changed save location
edit > Pref > save Location
it was set to /home/user/Desktop
when I opened a new torrent it list /home/user as the save location
