Oops. Hit post early. I added a gdb session to the previous post.

My system is a vanilla Ubuntu Karmic 64-bit install. I installed
packages as described here:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1143838

I have netbook-launcher set to start automatically, so right now it
starts and crashes rapidly. Before it never worked on boot, but if I
killed it, everything was fine. Now, I can run gnome-do and everything
except for netbook-launcher seems to work fine.

I also tried creating a new user account, but same segfault there.

Let me know if there's anything else I can add. (Should I use ubuntu-bug to
file another bug to get my machine's specifics?)
