I see you're running Lucid. Likewise Open 5.x is provided by the
likewise-open-* packages in Lucid, and
likewise-open5-gui-5.0 should have been upgraded to likewise-open-gui-5.4 as
part of the upgrade process.
Looks like some dummy packages are missing to ensure a smooth
transition.
