False alarm. I uninstalled noscript on the problem machine but still have the same issue.
I cannot login to Bankwest url listed above in Firefox on Lucid with all the latest updates. For the record, I was running 1.9.9.50 on the problem machine and could not login to bankwest even before updating the noscript addon to 1.9.9.57. Looks like it's not related.
