I have a sort of regression in glxgears. the fps count is aroud 1000 and uset do be a bit less than 2000... I'm using the "ati" driver without any additional option, and I have a mobility 9700, in feisty. And again glxgears is using more than 60% of my cpu. What about your cpu usage Johannes?
