Hi Sebastien,

I used the wrong word in the problem description. Totem doesn't crash, it
hangs. It stops responding to any input and then turns dark grey, as Ubuntu
does when programs stop responding. Then nothing can happen but to force
close the application. Thus, no crash report is generated. How should I
get more information about this problem?

Thank you.
