thank you for your bug report, that's not a bug though the CD limitation
doesn't let space for the french translations this cycle due to the new
softwares installed, the language packs are downloaded from internet
after installation though and you can get a french iso from the ubuntu-
fr team or will be able to get one when lucid will be stable
