To resolve this issue, please right-click on the ubuntuone applet in the top
right hand corner of the screen (near the clock) & select "preferences". In
Ubuntu One Preferences change "connect at start" to "Never".
After rebooting or restarting your session, you will now need to left-click the
ubuntuone applet & select "connect" when you wish to synchronise.
