Click host shutdown:
Problem 1 - it is not clear that "Shutdown" actually means "ACPI Shutdown"
Problem 2 - if domain does not support ACPI there is no feedback to the user
Contrast this behaviour with VirtualBox:
Shutdown menu entry is named "ACPI Shutdown" making it clear that this is an
ACPI shutdown
When guest does not support ACPI shutdown it returns an error "You are trying
to shut down the guest with the ACPI power button. This is currently not
possible because the guest does not use the ACPI subsystem."
virt-manager should similarly be clear in what type of shutdown the menu
entry is doing and in displaying any errors to the user instead of
silently failing. (I note there is already a bug #228690 resulting from
this confusion.)
