Thanks for taking time to report this bug and help make ubuntu better. I
talked to the upstream developer and he says that you should try to
reproduce this bug in the development release to test if this is still
there. You can use this ppa
https://launchpad.net/~telepathy/+archive/ppa to try out the development
release or if you can test this in Lucid beta1 that would be helpful.
