Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: plymouth
When fsck is running at bootup it will display: "Your harddrives need to be
checked, this might take some time. Press c to skip check"
The message might be confusing for some users. "Your harddrives need to be
checked" might led some users to believe they have to do something. "Your
harddrives are being checked..." for example will not lead to this confusion.
This confusion is further increased by the fact that there is no progress
information about the filesystem check.
