** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: eclipse

  Ubuntu lucid 10.04
  eclipse 3.5.1+repack~3-0ubuntu2
- openjdk-6-jre 6b18~pre3-0ubuntu1

It seems that the code-completion randomly crashes eclipse. It doesn't
happen all the time, but quite often. I'd give it a 50% chance to happen
each time a new drop-down is created by the code-completion feature.

Testing this by creating a new Java project and trying to create a
simple System.out.printl(), by typing the first letter of each word has
so far always crashed before I can finish the println() part.

I suspect this has something to do with OpenJDK, rather than Eclipse
itself, but I can not find the sun JRE in the repos, so I can't confirm
that yet. (That is my next task, though.)

+ Edit: Tested this with a manually installed Sun JRE 1.6.0_18 and it made
+ no difference.
