Thank you for taking the time to test using a live cd. As multiple people are
unable to reproduce this & you are unable to reproduce this when using a live
cd I believe this is most likely a configuration issue.
Also I am unable to reproduce this issue when doing a local install using the
french language/ region settings to try to replicate your desktop environment.
As such, I am closing this bug report. Please do not hesitate to re-open this
report if you are able to outline the steps to reproduce this issue.
