Unfortunately I can't reproduce it. I found out that that time I had bluetooth system turned off and after turning it on with (Fn + F5 on Thinkpad Z60m) the bluetooth started working.
When It is off, running blueman-adapters command will ask if to turn the bluetooth on but it fails on Yes and shows small empty error window with only close button. In the console I see: ERROR:dbus.proxies:Introspect error on org.bluez:/: dbus.exceptions.DBusException: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.bluez was not provided by any .service files The name org.bluez was not provided by any .service files org.bluez owner changed to -- bluetoothd crashed with SIGSEGV in _IO_un_link() https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/408711 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
