You're right, this is odd behavior. Marking as low (work around exists) and triaged. Once a release is officially released, we don't change the "main" repository, and all fixes go into "updates" - so I don't know if this one could be fixed (the problem apparently exists in the fact the dependencies were wrong in "main" to begin with). I checked it in Lucid, which will become "main" on release, and as of today is working.
