The next step was : System -> Administration -> Systen monitor -> End process
-> Enter
The bluetooth icon - with the small red X - disappeared from the panel.

called the settings menu window. It have inactive buttons...

I closed the terminal. I tried this with 9.10 Live CD. The result was
same.
