apt-cache says I'm using plymouth version 0.8.0~-17.
Kernel is 2.6.32-17-generic x86_64.

I did some further debugging. In /etc/init/cryptdisks-enable.conf when I
replace "start on stopped udevtrigger" with "start on started mountall",
you can see that the /dev/mapper devices are created after some time,
but even though the devices exist, mountall does not mount them. May be
a bug in mountall?

When I got to the console (press M when the message is displayed), wait
for the devices to show up and then press Ctrl+D, everything boots fine.
