Binary package hint: notify-osd
Since an update earlier today the notify bubble stopped to fade out while my
mouse hovers it.
When my mouse moves over the bubble it gets a black border filling the space
around so it becomes a square.
Starting notify osd from a console does not provide any useful data thought:
