Thanks for the extra info. I'm seeing one error in the cups log, but it
doesn't provide much information in regards to the cause of the error. I
noticed that apport did not accurately say what Thunderbird package you
have installed (possibly a problem with the apport hook), so can you
please let us know if you have Thunderbird installed from the official
Ubuntu repositories?
