I believe the same crash happened. All my mailboxes are IMAP and I guess the problem comes from the junk mail checker : during startup, I have 3 IMAP + 1 IMAPS mailboxes automatically checked. I configured them so as their junk mail are thrown into the junk folder of the global account. This global account has a 30 last messages rule. So it only keeps the 30 last junk mails.
Since this crash, the limitation has been dropped out and now, I have more than 30 junk mails inside it. I have to re-set the limitation rule. Unless I don't do it, it seems Thunderbird no longer crashes. ** Attachment added: "complete report" http://librarian.launchpad.net/6806147/_usr_lib_mozilla-thunderbird_mozilla-thunderbird-bin.1000.crash -- Crash while retrieving a message through IMAP https://launchpad.net/bugs/71604 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
