VNC was it - I killed the following process: me 1516 0.9 0.5 10656 5556 ? S 18:49 0:01 Xvnc :1 -desktop me-netbook:1 (me) -auth /home/me/.Xauthority -geometry 800x600 -depth 16 rfbwait 30000 -rfbauth /home/me/.vnc/passwd -rfbport 5901 -pn -extension XFIXES
and the segfaults in /var/log/messages stopped. So the next question is - how do I run a VNC session on this box WITHOUT it invoking netbook-launcher and segfaulting it every second? That session WAS working when I Xrdp'ed into the box, incidentally... -- netbook-launcher segfault 404 error 4 in libGL.so.1.2 + const. restarting + 100%CPU https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/486058 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
