Tested with 3/23/2010 Lucid netboot images and installation eventually does work, but it must cycle through all NICs (8 total) which takes approx 20-30 minutes. I'm attaching a screenshot of the messages displayed when the host finally runs through all the interfaces and brings up the "choose interface" menu in the debian-installer.
