Firestarter is not in the main repository and thus cannot be translated
in Ubuntu. Translations will need to be sent upstream first.
I'm marking the ubuntu-translations task as Invalid, but you might want
to open a task for the upstream project, file a bug upstream and add a
link to the remote bug tracker.
I'm just subscribing the Ubuntu Italian translators so they are aware in
case they want to translate it upstream.
