While I can't tell what the question marks in the pasted sources.list
stand for (an attachment would be preferred next time), I've tested this
by inserting arbitrary non-latin unicode characters in their place, and
this indeed seems to be fixed on Lucid.

If you manage to recreate this on Lucid using your specific
sources.list, please feel free to reopen this issue.
