Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

File upload takes ages. Upload bandwidth never exceeds a few bytes per
second. I have a fast connection (2 MBit/sec. up). "Limit Bandwith
Usage" in Preferences is turned off. Turning it on and setting
upload+download limits to 1000 KBytes/sec. makes no difference.

Files do sometimes get synced on the other side. After a while. But not
always, and not always all of them.
