** Description changed:
Binary package hint: software-center
- Clicking Help->Get online help it opens a new firefox window, instead
- open a new tab in the existing firefox windows, which is the system wide
- option.
+ Clicking Help->Get online help opens a new window in Firefox despite a
+ running instance of firefox.
+
+ to reproduce you must have these settings:
+ 1: system>preferences>preferred applications>open link with web browser
default
+ 2:(in firefox)Edit>preferences>Tabs>open new windows in tab instead.
+
+ so the second setting sets the "web browser default" as opening a new
+ tab, so via the first setting pressing get help online should open a new
+ tab.
