Hi Guigui. Thanks for this bug report. What I notice in your video is that the spinner is still spinning. This would imply that software- center does not yet know whether a screenshot is available or not. My first guess would be that either your internet connection was quite slow at the time, or (more likely) that the screenshots server was temporarily unavailable. This is just a guess, so it might be wrong, but would you mind testing this again to see if it is reproducible, or whether it was a temporary issue. Thanks.
