Yep this fixed mine.
I used "hp-probe -bnet -mmdns" to scan all my printers, and correct the auto 
detected CUPS URI with mDNS (to allow for DHCP changing IPs).

The resulting URI was:
hp:/net/Photosmart_C4700_series?zc=HPB96AF0

Possibly a bug should be opened with whatever does CUPS network printer
detection, to allow the hp URI to be used by default.
