** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: sudo

  The pam configuration seems to be incomplete in the sense that no
  common-session modules are included in sudo's pam config.

- (i.e. things like pam_umask and pam_env don't work with sudo)
+ (i.e. things like pam_umask, limits and pam_env don't work with sudo)

  /etc/pam.d/sudo should contain
  @include common-session-nonintercative

  probably better rename that to sudo-noninteractive and have a separate
/etc/pam.d/sudo-interactive with
  @include common-session
  for use with "sudo -i".

  sudo seems to support pam sessions since version 1.7
